Researches have proved that during pregnancy period, what ever the woman thinks, it surely affects baby's health. So always be happy. Think positive and get rid of all worries as much as possible.
Walking and swimming are considered the best exercise for healthy pregnancy. It not only keeps woman fit but is also effective for smooth delivery. You must include foods which contains iron, folic acid and proteins. Because these are the essential ingredients for healthy pregnancy.
